How It Works

After purchasing and closer to the season, access your Gamecock Go Pass on your mobile phone in the South Carolina Gamecocks App by tapping Tickets then Gamecock Go Pass.


Go to the Gamecocks App on your iPhone or Android, tap Tickets then Gamecock Go Pass, and login with the email address used to purchase.


In your Fan Hub, you will see your passes for each game.


Before you receive your tickets, utilize Ticket Management features to purchase guest tickets, sit with friends, and more!


Accept your tickets when available, and scan into the venue with your mobile barcodes!


After purchase, you will receive an introductory email within 5 business days.

Below are the times that the assignment and availability windows will begin in relation to the start time of the event


Assignment: 96 hours (4 days) before kickoff – Tuesday
Availability: 48 hours (2 days) before kickoff – Thursday

Men’s & Women’s Basketball and Baseball

Assignment and Availability will occur at the same time: 48 hours (2 days) before kickoff

Men’s & Women’s Soccer, Volleyball and Softball

Assignment and Availability will occur at the same time: 24 hours (1 day) before kickoff

Below are the descriptions of the key terms for the Gamecock GO Pass:

Pass Management Period is the period from when the holder receives the email that the pass is active until the beginning of the assignment window. During the pass management period, pass holders will be able to purchase “Guest Tickets” and/or link their pass with other pass holders through the “Sit with Friends” function. Once the assignment window begins, pass holders will no longer be able to purchase guest tickets or link their passes.

Assignment is the point at which a pass holder can go in and “Tap to Accept” their ticket.

Availability is the point at which a pass holder can go in and see their barcode.

There are two Gamecock Go Pass purchase options: an annual fee or a monthly subscription charge. If you select the monthly subscription charge, your credit card will be charged on the 20th of each month or the first business day after the 20th.

New subscribers must join online by the 20th of the month to have access to the next month’s events. Those who would like to subscribe after the 21st and still get access to the next month’s events must contact the Gamecock Ticket Office.

The Gamecock Go Pass is a 12 month non-refundable commitment and does not include any postseason or special events. Tickets are not guaranteed in a sellout scenario. Membership is non-transferable but tickets may be transferred on a game-by-game basis and you can connect your pass to other holders to sit together.



What is Gamecock Go Pass?

Gamecock Go Pass is ticket subscription offer that allows fans to attend any South Carolina Athletic event, without the commitment of attending every event. With the Go Pass, fans can attend any non-sold out sporting event hosted by South Carolina Athletics during the season.

Who can join Gamecock Go Pass?

Gamecock Go Pass membership is open to all fans.

How many Passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?

You may purchase up to eight (8) passes, while supplies last. All Passes purchased in one transaction will have seats together for each game.

Can I purchase guest tickets for certain games, in addition to the Pass tickets I already have?

Yes, you may purchase guest tickets for certain games based on availability. To purchase, simply tap Buy Guest Tickets in the Ticket Management view and complete the transaction prior to the note time. All tickets will be seated together, and pricing may change from game to game.

Which games are included with my Gamecock Go Pass?

Gamecock Go Pass includes one ticket to every non-sold out regular season event hosted by South Carolina Athletics, including football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Women’s Soccer, Men’s Soccer and Baseball. It also gets you access to all non-ticketed sports. This does not include events hosted on campus by other organizations, such as NCAA Championship rounds.

How do I access my Gamecock Go Pass?

Your Gamecock Go Pass is accessible via the South Carolina Gamecocks App. Simply download the app, tap Tickets, then Gamecock Go Pass and login with the email address you used to purchase.

Will I be notified when my tickets are available for each game?

Yes! When you register your Pass, you will be asked to enter your email address and phone number. Respond “yes” to the text message from 986-96 to opt-in for text message reminders. Text notifications will only be sent for Football, Basketball and Baseball at this time.


Am I guaranteed seats for every game?

The Gamecock Go Pass provides access to every ticketed event at South Carolina. Tickets are not guaranteed in a sellout situation, however if you are issued a barcode then you are guaranteed admission. Your seat location will vary from game to game within the sections designated by your pass purchase. You will need to accept your seat at the time designated for each sport.

Can I sit with other Pass Purchasers?

Yes, if you would like to sit with other Pass purchasers, you may link your Pass by tapping Sit With Friends in the Ticket Management view prior to the noted time.

How do other fans in my group scan into the event?

Other fans in your group can enter the venue with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. After accepting your ticket, simply tap the Transfer button located in the Ticket Management view and enter your guest’s email address.

How do I enter an event with my Gamecock Go Pass membership?

Prior to the event, Go Pass members will receive a text message notifying them their ticket is ready to accept (fans must opt-in to receive text notifications from 986-96 to receive texts). Tap the link in the text or return to the Gamecocks App to accept your ticket(s). This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into events.


Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?

This is a mobile-only program and no printed tickets are available.

Is my purchase refundable?

No, the Gamecock Go Pass is a 12 month non-refundable commitment. You must opt out after the 12 months if you do not want your subscription to renew.

Can I sell my Pass tickets for games I do not attend?

No, tickets cannot be resold.

Can I buy a Gamecock Go Pass Membership for only a few months?

No, Gamecock Go Pass is a year-long commitment and no partial membership are offered. Gamecock Go Pass memberships may be paid upfront or in 12-month installments, but may not be cancelled. Monthly payments will be charged on the 21st of every month.
